Embroidery
Embroidery adds a touch of class to your garments and is ideal for company logo’s or crests. Individual naming is available and we can stitch designs up to 380mm across. Multi coloured designs do not cost extra and embroidery is very robust making it an ideal choice for your workwear requirements.
Digital Screen Transfers (DST)
Recent developments in transfer technology have led to the Digital Screen Transfer. This is a technique that allows for short to medium runs of full colour transfers that are soft and highly durable. These are ideal for brand logo’s and promotional wear giving high detail and vibrant colours.
Cut & Print Digital Transfers
We use a state of the art, large format digital printer and cutter to produce these logo’s. The design is printed in full colour onto white vinyl, then cut out and adhered to the garments by applying heat and pressure. Logo’s that best suit this method are solid blocks of print without any complexity within the design.
CAD Cut Vinyl Printing
Cad cut vinyl, even though considered a printing technique, actually has no true printing involved. The process consists of a computer controlled machine cutting out shapes and letters onto sheets of self-adhesive plastic, or vinyl, which can be stuck onto any garment. This is the preferred method for personalised sportswear and football kits as it is ideal for one colour designs, names and numbers.
Screen Printing
Screen printing is great for bold and bright designs and fine levels of detail. The print itself washes well and is extremely durable and so is an ideal choice for hard wearing workwear or promotional clothing alike.
Dye Sublimation
Sublimation transfers are a cost effective full colour solution for decorating 100% polyester shirts. The print is most effective on white coloured garments and adds no extra weight or texture to the material once transferred. Sublimation transfers are also suitable for applying to mugs and other promotional items designed to accept a sublimation print.
